NIAX NOVA

There is an initial application fee of $200 that covers your background check, personality profile, intro video and hosted profile page. Once the fee is submitted it is nonrefundable.

Membership fees are nonrefundable. In rare instances, a credit can be given, upon request, to members who are forced to give up their place, due to unforeseen personal or business circumstances, for the unused portion of their time.

Fees in the group are transferable with prior written notice. Typically, this would occur when one person from a member company is replacing another person in the same group and employed with the same company.

NIAX is a referral group provided by NIA International LLC. NIA and any of our franchise owners reserve the right to discontinue a member’s participation in the group. If a member feels as if they have been unduly removed, they can provide a written request to NIA International LLC to be moved to another group or reinstated.

Multi-Level Marketing

Members of NIA can represent their products or services but not the business opportunity element of their business.

Media Release

Member agrees to allow video recording and photos to be used in social media and marketing materials. Member will not seek compensation for the use of these images.

Dues on Payment Plan

Since we are in the business of “Creating relationships that last a lifetime” we only offer automatic recurring payments. If for any reason, you leave NIAX prior to the end of your commitment you remain responsible for the remainder of the unpaid dues. You are responsible for notifying your Franchise owner and Group Leader of cancellation as dictated by these terms.

Cancellation

Your membership commitment is based on the type of NIAX membership you selected.

Exclusive NIAX Membership: Your commitment is 12 months and cannot be canceled during the active membership time period. To cancel, submit written notice at least 30 days before your renewal date.

Non-exclusive NIAX Membership: There is no annual commitment and a 90-day notice of cancellation is required.

Your Obligation

Complete your Onboarding withing the first 2 weeks.

Complete your NIAX Profile within the first 5 days.

Pass referrals through the NIA system, and if your industry allows it, offer a commission for closed business, abide by NIA policies, guidelines and code of ethics.
