Increase the pleasure of living in your body.

Nia has transformed the way I think of health and fitness. It allows me to dance to music and move consciously through life. The dynamic choreography allows such movement variety, it keeps my joints lubricated and helps ease the pain caused by arthritis. Connecting with body, mind, spirit, and emotion, I feel centered, whole, and exhilarated after a class!

I am grateful to my dance teachers, Jeanne Robinson, Diane Moore and especially Nia founders Debbie Rosas-Stewart and Carlos AyaRosas for this unique whole body practice that heals while it celebrates life.
